Workspace expansion and gorgeous finishes for seaside café.

This picturesque café in Cronulla required an expansion of their workspace behind the bar while also maintaining the required number of seats within their café. To ensure they continued to operate with minimal interruption, Evolve put together a program with only three weeks of construction, utilising procurement time prior.

In preparing for the build, Evolve was instrumental in providing buildability solutions based on draft architectural drawings. The team navigated multiple design changes and spearheaded changes and additions to be able to exceed client expectations while finishing in a timely manner. This included producing key elements to highlight the beautiful finishes such as brass overhead shelving and an upgraded fire place. The end result is a better functioning yet stylish cafe.
