Evolve’s expertise in scope management, buildability and value engineering was showcased in this refresh of an old building and office space. The client required both sun protection for the windows of their building and a facelift, leading to a façade enhancement and lobby upgrade.

With only a concept plus a really tight budget, Evolve worked their magic alongside the architect to produce a screening system within budget that added an aesthetically pleasing outcome. With the addition of roller shutters to enclose the garage and a minor lobby upgrade, Hall Browns will set inspiring first impressions for years to come.
