After the successful delivery of the Woolworths Warbu Retail and Neighbourhood Centre in Bellmere, Evolve are excited to once again be working with repeat client Fabcot on the delivery of their Woolworths Neighbourhood Centre in Upper Coomera.
This new development will be a space for the community to come together, shop and connect. With sustainability a key focus, the project has been designed to a 4 star Greenstar Design rating.
Construction on site will consist of over 4,600m² retail space, with the shopping centre being anchored by ta Woolworths Supermarket at the heart of the development. The project will also include a BWS and 10 specialty stores including an alfresco dining space.Upon completion the project also includes a 223 space car park and loading docks.
