Evolve delivered an ambience upgrade to a busy commercial building, revitalising its exterior and common areas. The scope of works included refurbishment of the external façade, landscaping, access paths, entrance structure, and lobby, as well as the complete upgrade of ground floor amenities and the addition of new end-of-trip facilities.
To ensure minimal disruption to tenant business activity, Evolve maintained consistent communication and implemented safety measures, such as hoarding and directional signage. The ambience upgrades successfully transformed the building, providing a refreshed, functional space for tenants and visitors alike.
