As part of the refurbishment of the Australian Dental Association Queensland (ADAQ) commercial office located in Bowen Hills, Evolve worked with MCD Australia to deliver a stunning transformation.
As part of the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) arrangement, Evolve collaborated with MCD Australia to ensure that the project was delivered smoothly. During the ECI phase, the project team began procuring the long-lead items, such as the lift, to mitigate delays and maintain the momentum of the project.
Now that the building has been converted into a training facility, it also houses ADAQ’s commercial office head office. A complete exterior facelift as well as remedial building works were included in the refurbishment, as well as a lift for additional accessibility to the offices on the first floor.
