The Suburban Shopping Centre Redevelopment project sees Evolve expanding an existing shopping centre under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) framework.
The $23M redevelopment includes the demolition and extension of the supermarket, removal of 13 specialty shops, and the construction of a new 3,500 square metre Woolworths store, complete with Direct to Boot services and dedicated staff parking facilities.
Additionally, the project involves upgrading fire services, reconfiguring food tenancies, and refurbishing and extending public amenities. The redevelopment will enhance car parking spaces and vehicle driveways, improve external façade treatments, install new carpark shade structures, and introduce new tile floor finishes throughout public areas.
