End of trip facility refurbishment for bustling Chatswood office tower.
Evolve was pleased to complete another strong project for clients JLL. Carrying out works under project managers, PMDL, the team achieved a full strip out of existing bathrooms followed by end of trip facility fitout — lockers, showers and toilets.
Evolve managed a tight program and applied their D&C knowledge to successfully redesign aspects of the nominated design. This included fully removing walls for health and safety reasons, significant time saving by changing materials/items as well as redesigning services to accommodate existing layouts. Adding to aesthetic appeal, joinery was recommended to cover services for the initially freestanding basins.
