Evolve converted a previous retail space into luxury health club facility.

Evolve successfully transformed a former retail space into a luxurious health club facility for Embody, providing complete design and construct services. After conducting extensive site feasibility research, Evolve secured the necessary DA approvals and managed the entire process from design through to construction and client occupation.

A key focus of the project was the aesthetics, design, and high-quality finishes to attract Embody’s target clientele. The conversion of an old bank building into a boutique gym included the addition of a second level, which not only provided extra group class space but also allowed for the load-bearing capacity needed for TRX points.

The result is a unique, luxurious gym spread across two floors, offering intimate, personalised service spaces and state-of-the-art facilities that set a new standard in boutique fitness environments.
