Evolve accomplishes a stunning makeover for Ensemble Theatre’s 60th birthday.
In celebration of a landmark anniversary, Evolve completed a makeover of Ensemble Theatre’s two-level restaurant and bar, transforming the space with high-end finishes and stylish details.
Key highlights include accent lighting that adds warmth and atmosphere, alongside a feature bar crafted with a spotted gum ceiling and a black powder-coated hanging wine rack, enhancing both the visual appeal and functionality of the space.
The project was completed in a live environment, presenting several challenges, particularly with access restrictions and the need to minimize disruptions to the theatre’s ongoing daily program. Evolve’s experience in Design & Construct (D&C) allowed the team to efficiently re-design the toilet layout, ensuring it fit within the space while maintaining DDA compliance.
