Childcare facility construction over 2500m²

Another project in Evolve’s childcare portfolio, this new build childcare centre was value engineered to ensure design intent was not compromised while adhering to budget constraints.

During the Richlands Subdivision for this repeat client, this private property developer also engaged Evolve to construct the Greenleaves Childcare Centre. Spanning over 2500m², the facility includes six purpose-built learning hubs with warm shell fitout for children aged six weeks to six years, outdoor play areas and carpark. The large commercial kitchen is specifically designed to cater for both the active children as well as adults, with parents able to order dinner when picking up their kids.
