Refurbishment of a 100 year old heritage-listed hotel and construction of new buildings, within a live trading environment, and significantly shortened
timeframes.
A challenging live environment while removing hazardous materials and remediation and the renovation to all hotel rooms while keeping the hotel trading throughout the works.
Time constraints and closures due to COVID, created time critical delays which were overcome through Evolve’s agile processes and collaboration with multiple engineers and stakeholders. We also took on the responsibility of identifying mismatch with design intent and construction requirements, and finding amenable solutions.
