Evolve was chosen to bring an exciting new industrial development to life, following the success of a previous project in North Lakes.
Working closely with a key property developer, Evolve was tasked with enhancing the development’s appeal by incorporating polished office spaces that would attract top-tier tenants. Through our design expertise, we elevated the project’s visual and functional appeal, ensuring it stood out in a competitive market.
The development’s design features matt monument enseam metal cladding and ply soffits, imparting a modern aesthetic, while large shopfront windows provide expansive views of adjacent parkland and the Brisbane city skyline.
