Evolve lead the construction of a state-of-the-art Child Care Centre designed to accommodate up to 124 children, providing a modern, functional, and inclusive space for the community.
The two-story building is uniquely designed across three levels, with undercroft parking for 26 vehicles, including a dedicated space for persons with disabilities.
The Lower Ground and Upper Ground floors will house childminding rooms, offering ample space for various childcare activities.
The facility will also feature outdoor play areas on both the ground level and elevated terraces, creating a dynamic and engaging environment for children. This project aims to deliver a high-quality childcare facility that promotes learning, safety, and enjoyment, fulfilling the growing needs of the local community.
