Evolve was selected to construct new multi use light commercial warehouses in North Lakes QLD.
Built with concrete tilt panels and steel frame construction, this boutique commercial industrial park provides a combination of 18 naturally lit warehouse, office, and show room spaces complete with mezzanines, kitchenettes, amenities and end of trip facilities.
Through our ability to adapt to the needs of every project, we developed a construction methodology and design solution that enabled rapid progression of works through civil and structural phases.
