Stunning full floor law firm fitout and integrated base building amenities upgrade in major city building.

As a repeat client, Russells engaged Evolve directly for a full floor law firm fitout
and base building amenities upgrade within an occupied building in Martin Place (Sydney’s CBD).

Reporting to the architect for project delivery, Evolve used innovative forward planning to overcome restricted basement access with no loading dock, which required all materials to be delivered through the main building entry fronting Sydney’s busy Martin Place. Significant off-site planning was also required to coordinate a client nominated QLD based joinery company.

A beautifully finished full floor fit out and base building amenities upgrade was delivered seamlessly on time and to budget.

We were delighted to work with Evolve Constructions on the fit-out of our new law firm office space at Martin Place. Having previously worked with Evolve, we knew we were in safe hands.
