Evolve was engaged to expand the workspace behind the bar of a picturesque café in Cronulla while maintaining the required number of seats for patrons.
To minimize disruption to the café’s daily operations, Evolve developed a construction program that was completed within just three weeks, with procurement time utilized prior to the build to ensure a smooth process. The result was a seamless expansion that allowed the café to continue serving customers with minimal downtime.
The team worked closely with the client, navigating multiple design changes and spearheading additional adjustments to exceed expectations. Notable elements such as brass overhead shelving and an upgraded fireplace were incorporated to enhance the café’s stylish finishes.
