Evolve once again showcased its expertise with A-grade buildings in the heart of Brisbane CBD, delivering a premium full-floor law firm fit-out. The project involved the de-fit and subsequent fit-out of a 1,700m² floor for the law firm’s Queensland head office, creating a sophisticated and functional workspace. The new fitout reflects Evolve’s capability to transform spaces with high-end finishes that meet the demands of top-tier corporate clients.

To ensure minimal disruption to other tenants in this dynamic building overlooking the Brisbane River, Evolve worked closely with the building manager, Dexus, to implement a strategic work schedule. Noise and impact were minimized through a combination of night works, early starts, and weekend shifts, allowing for the seamless completion of the project while maintaining a comfortable environment for surrounding tenants.
