Evolve completed the extensive renovation and expansion of the Warners Bay Hotel delivered across three stages.
A significant portion of the building was constructed as a new build, incorporating three bars, a bottle shop, a gaming room, and contemporary landscaped exteriors, delivering an industrial warehouse aesthetic and modern amenities.
In addition to the steel-framed mezzanine level, which stands today as the boutique Lake Street Terrace Bar, an inviting, all-weather dining area with a modern kitchen.
The original pub received a comprehensive refurbishment, housing an alfresco gaming room, a new sports bar, and a lounge.
