Evolve proudly delivered the renovation and expansion of Warners Bay Hotel, transforming it into a vibrant venue that blends industrial warehouse aesthetics with modern amenities. Delivered across three stages, the project included significant new builds, featuring three bars, a bottle shop, and contemporary landscaped exteriors. A standout addition is the steel-framed mezzanine level, now home to the boutique Lake Street Terrace Bar, alongside an inviting, all-weather dining area with a modern kitchen and retractable façade.
The original pub underwent a comprehensive refurbishment, introducing a state-of-the-art alfresco gaming room, a new sports bar, and a lounge. By extending into the adjoining retail space, the hotel now offers expanded dining areas, recycled brickwork details, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
