Building on the success of the Woolworths Warbu Retail and Neighbourhood Centre in Bellmere, Evolve is excited to once again collaborate with repeat client, Fabcot, on the development of the Woolworths Neighbourhood Centre in Upper Coomera.
Designed as a community-centric space, this development will provide a place for locals to shop, meet and connect. Spanning over 4,600m² of retail space, the shopping centre will be anchored by a Woolworths Supermarket, serving as the heart of the development. In addition, the centre will feature a BWS, 10 specialty stores and a dedicated alfresco dining space for visitors to enjoy.
Upon completion, the project will also include a 223-space car park and loading docks, enhancing accessibility and convenience for both shoppers and retailers.
